Sanctuary Cities

Nguyen: Yes

Nguyen supports the CA Value Act (the state’s sanctuary law) and believes that “it is the job of his department to enforce state laws.”

Barnes: No

Barnes circumvented the CA Sanctuary Law to assist Trump’s immigration enforcement agenda to deport undocumented immigrants.

Accountability
